Shuichi & Yuki
Now this is the relationship. This is the point I made this site, and I hope this page gives you enough information about Shuichi & Yuki that you'll love them as much as I do.The meeting of Shuichi + Yuki is quite different then the first meetings of most couples. No, it's not love at first sight and no, it's not someone's hat blowing away and the other catching it swiftly…well something does blow away. Shuichi is sitting in the park pulling his hair out because he's having some difficulty with his lyrics. He decides to stand up and walk away when the wind unexpectedly blows the paper away and it lands in front of the feet of a blond-haired man. You'd expect a regular passerby to pick up the paper and give it back, but Yuki Eiri is not just any regular passerby. He picks up the lyrics and says to Shuichi flat out with no remorse that his lyrics suck crap - thus making Shuichi's first impression of Yuki not very good. Shuichi then starts getting obsessed with proving the man this his writing skills aren't horrible, yet he doesn't know why he's exactly so obsessed, and when he sees the man in his car he throws himself in front of it and demands that Yuki come to his bands' latest gig. After he hears his band Yuki tells Shuichi that it was good in a kind of amusing way and just like anyone with a guilty crush, Shuichi yells at Yuki to go away. Just to pause for a little while. Before I go on with the progress of their relationship, I just want to say that, at first, both Yuki and Shuichi did not possess feelings of homosexuality before them meeting with each other. And it's really interesting seeing how their relationship builds up when they've never been with a relationship with another guy before and that this is their first time doing so. Anyways… Later on, Shuichi finds out that he does really have a crush on Yuki and just tackles himself into Yuki's life and heart. At first, Yuki cannot stand the boy at all but then he starts to give in to him and even visits him when he's ill. Yuki is always the one making the first moves, but in this part of the relationship he's just doing it for fun, and is still not nice to Shuichi.
Afterwards, a girl named Ayaka breaks into the couple's life and Shuichi finds out that this girl is apparently Yuki's fiancée. Yuki refuses to marry her and tells her that Shuichi is his lover and Ayaka sees the love Shuichi has for Yuki when the pink-haired bishounen openly declares that Yuki belongs to him - and only him - on live television. Yuki agrees with Shuichi, and actually smiles at him, then tells the boy that he is - indeed - his. Isn't that just so cute? This is the first time Yuki actually smiles for a good reason, and it's really a miracle seeing him smile because he hardly does. Anyways, the relationship goes on, but one day Shuichi is confronted by the leader of "Bad Luck's" rival band, "ASK's" Aizawa Taki and he threatens to rape Shuichi and hurts him. Reminded of his past, and truly disheartened by this event, Yuki, to Shuichi's shock, breaks up and cries. Yes, he actually cries to everyone's utter surprise and this is the first time he's done it in 6 years...in front of Shuichi. This little event helped the two become closer to each other because when a couple becomes in tune with each other's feelings their bond becomes stronger. Eventually, the two start living with each other and Yuki does silly things with Shuichi like dressing him like a girl and a tourist, but surprisingly, he doesn't do those things to Shuichi because of his cruel side. He does it out of love, and he knows he does it out of love, the man just doesn't admit it. Again, the relationship goes on and Yuki begins to open up his feelings more and more to Shuichi – and him only – and as he tells Shuichi these things he becomes even closer to the boy and finds recognition in him. Finally, Yuki finds someone he could confide his trust to and his cold personality starts to lessen a little and he realizes that he's not such a horrible guy after all. But, still their relationship isn't completely set. Yuki follows Shuichi up to New York to hang out with him and calls him cute names but Shuichi just wants to hear three words from the man, "I" + "Love" + "You." He even does dire things like bribe Yuki and dresses himself up as a girl just so he could hear those words, but Yuki refuses to and says he's competing with a dead man. But, as fate shows it, at the end they do hold hands and they live together a happy life. They're just the perfect match together, aren't they? |
